Razvoj poteka od temeljev, iz zanimanja in ni temeljen na kodi obstoje\u010dih operacijskih sistemov. Avtorji si prizadevajo, da bi SerenityOS pripeljali do ravni, primerne za vsakodnevno delo, ob ohranjanju estetike sistemov konca 90-ih, a z dopolnili uporabnimi idejami iz sodobnih sistemov. <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/SerenityOS\/serenity\">isporu\u010duje se<\/a><\/noindex> pod BSD licencom. <\/p>\n<p>Projekt je dober primer tega, da lahko z dolo\u010ditvijo cilja in postopnim napredovanjem <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/SerenityOS\/serenity\/commits\/master\">napredujemo naprej<\/a><\/noindex> kot hobi ustvarimo povsem delujo\u010d operacijski sistem in privabimo <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/SerenityOS\/serenity\/graphs\/contributors\">sorodne misli<\/a><\/noindex>.
