Ponovna gradnja paketov v format zstd je pripeljala do skupnega pove\u010danja velikosti paketov za 0,8 %, vendar je zagotovila pospe\u0161itev razpakiranja za 1300 %. Kot posledica bo prehod na zstd privedel do opaznega pove\u010danja hitrosti namestitve paketov. V trenutku je v repozitoriju \u017ee stisnjenih 545 paketov z uporabo algoritma zstd, preostali paketi bodo preneseni na zstd, ko bodo na voljo posodobitve. <\/p>\n<p>Paketi v formatu .pkg.tar.zst se samodejno sestavijo pri uporabi devtools 20191227 in novej\u0161ih izdaj tega orodja. Za uporabnike prehod na nov format ne zahteva ro\u010dnih manipulacij, \u010de je bil lansko leto pravo\u010dasno izveden posodobitev paketskega upravitelja pacman (<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=51722\">5.2<\/a><\/noindex>) in libarchive (3.3.3-1, ki je bil izdan \u017ee leta 2018). Za tiste, ki imajo neposodobljen izvod libarchive, se nova razli\u010dica lahko namesti iz<br \/>\n<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\"
