Zagon sistemskega \u0161ihta <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/porteus-kiosk.org\/public\/5.0\/\">zaseda<\/a><\/noindex> 104 MB. <\/p>\n<p>Osnovna razli\u010dica vklju\u010duje le minimalen nabor komponent, potrebnih za zagon spletnega brskalnika (podpirata Firefox in Chrome), ki je omejen v svojih funkcionalnostih za prepre\u010devanje neza\u017eelenih aktivnosti v sistemu (na primer, ne dovoljuje se spreminjanje nastavitev, onemogo\u010deno je nalaganje\/namestitev aplikacij, odprta je le dostop do izbranih strani). Dodatno so na voljo specializirane razli\u010dice Cloud za udobno delo z web aplikacijami (Google Apps, Jolicloud, OwnCloud, Dropbox) ter ThinClient za delovanje kot tanek odjemalec (Citrix, RDP, NX, VNC in SSH) ter Server za upravljanje omre\u017eja kioskov.<\/p>\n<p>Nastavitev poteka preko posebnega <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/porteus-kiosk.org\/wizard.html\">\u010darovnika<\/a><\/noindex>, ki je zdru\u017een z namestitvenim programom in omogo\u010da pripravo prilagojene razli\u010dice distribucije za umestitev na USB Flash ali trdi disk.
