Dropbear zeichnet sich durch einen geringen Speicherbedarf aus (bei statischer Bindung an uClibc ben\u00f6tigt es nur 110 kB), die M\u00f6glichkeit, \u00fcberfl\u00fcssige Funktionen w\u00e4hrend der Kompilierung abzuschalten, und unterst\u00fctzt die Kompilierung von Client und Server in einer einzigen ausf\u00fchrbaren Datei, \u00e4hnlich wie busybox.
