Sistem je zasnovan za re\u0161evanje nalog, kot so zagotavljanje delovanja slu\u017ebe za tehni\u010dno podporo (help desk), upravljanje odgovorov na zahteve strank (telefonski klici, e-po\u0161ta), usklajevanje zagotavljanja korporativnih IT storitev, upravljanje zahtevkov v prodaji in finan\u010dnih slu\u017ebah. Koda OTOBO je napisana v Perl-u in <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/RotherOSS\/otobo\">se distribuira<\/a><\/noindex> pod GPLv3 licencom.<\/p>\n<p>Stefan Rother, currently the founder and managing director of Rother OSS, joined OTRS GmbH (now OTRS AG) in 2004. In 2011, he established his own company, Rother OSS. By 2019, Rother OSS focused on providing business services related to the open-source versions of OTRS. In response to the changed release strategy of OTRS AG and delays in releasing new versions of the OTRS Community Edition, Rother OSS began developing the OTOBO (Open Ticket Ours Based Otrs) ticketing system based on OTRS version 6. The business concept of OTOBO is to support business users, provide consulting, and offer training. Developments commissioned by clients that are beneficial to a wider user base are planned to be returned to its source code. <\/p>\n<p>Glavne spremembe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Posodobljeno <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/otobo.de\/en\/otobo-features\/kundenportal\/\">portal za stranke<\/a><\/noindex>;\n<p><center><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/otobo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mockup-Dashboard-V1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Izdaja sistema za tikete OTOBO, forka OTRS\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/60e04add12b9c2b13d9f1be2339289c2.jpeg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/a><\/noindex><\/center><\/p>\n<li class=\"l\"> Optimizirane so obrazce, dodana je podpora za ve\u010dstolp\u010dne obrazce za vnos;\n<li class=\"l\"> Implementiran je hiter iskalnik na osnovi Elasticsearch;\n<li class=\"l\"> Dodana je podpora za dvofaktorsko avtentifikacijo, za\u0161\u010dito pred ugibanjem gesel in raz\u0161irjena orodja za dodeljevanje politike oblikovanja gesel;\n<li class=\"l\"> Zagotovljena je <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/RotherOSS\/otobo-docker\">integracija<\/a><\/noindex> z Dockerjem.\n<\/ul>\n<p>Razvit je tudi orodje za migracijo, ki omogo\u010da prehod z OTRS CE 6 na OTOBO. Za namestitev <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/otobo.de\/en\/otobo-download\/\">je na voljo<\/a><\/noindex> tako namestitveni paket kot tudi Docker slike. Na voljo so tudi gostinske storitve.
