Për çdo ekip ka thjesht aktivitete, dhe ka ato për të cilat përgatitesh veçanërisht. Për ne në Reksoft – kjo është Konferenca e Inxhinierisë së Softuerit në Rusi ose SECR, e cila do të zhvillohet më 14-15 nëntor në Shën Petersburg.
Për ne këtë nuk është thjesht një takim i zhvilluesve, liderëve të grupeve, arkitektëve, dizajnerëve dhe testuesve, por praktikisht një shtëpi e brendshme, ajo atmosferë e zyrave tona në Shën Petersburg, Voronezh dhe Rostov na Donu – ajo që ne e frymëzojmë. Vetëm këtu hapësira e zyrës do të zgjerohet dhe do të jetë e mundur të bisedosh me kolegët nga pjesë të ndryshme të vendit. Sipas llogarive të fundit, këtu do të jenë më shumë se 700 specialistë nga fusha të ndryshme. SECR është një vend i shkëlqyer për të mësuar metodologjitë, idetë dhe tendencat më të reja të zhvillimit. Na pret biseda, një atmosferë e veçantë, kafe të ngrohta në pushime, dreka dhe festa.
Kështu që, përgatitja për SECR për ne filloi me faktin se kolegu ynë, Zurab Beli, lideri i grupit në kompaninë Reksoft, hyri në komitetin programor. Nga 158 paraqitjeve që u dorëzuan në komitet, u përzgjodhën 100. Katër prej tyre janë bërë nga ekipi i Reksoft nga Voronezh! Më lart është fotoja e këtyre njerëzve magjepsës.
Le të nisim! Do të flasim për paraqitjet tona më në detaje, ndoshta do të vendosni se ia vlen të na vizitoni në SECR. Akoma nuk është vonë, linku për regjistrim ndodhet në fund të postimit.
Pra, në ditën e parë më 14 nëntor në 15:45 në rrjedhën DevOps do të flasë pikërisht ai Zurab Beli (ai është në qendër të fotos). Now … unfortunately … we have two great talks at the same time … in the hall of the Education stream at 18:30, again Zurab Beli one of the most anticipated talks of the event titled “Is there life after Senor?”. Many developers, from juniors to seniors, see only one path for their development — management. They plan to transition into project leaders or become technical directors. However, the IT field is much broader, and there are many more options for development. You can grow not only by acquiring new skills but also by improving existing ones. It will be interesting not only for those just starting their careers but also for experienced developers who have yet to determine their future or are simply tired of coding.
Well, and one more unusual presentation on November 14 at 18:30 by Sergey Pushkin, a Java developer at Reksoft, (he is on the right in the photo at the top) on the topic “A life without Ctrl Z and losing focus at work”. Want to break the cycle of Groundhog Day and learn how to hack your concentration? How can you escape from the routine and stress using just a few mindful meditation practices? For this, meditation practice is very suitable. It helps develop focus, cope with stress, and escape from the cycle of routine. Sergey will share what practices and exercises exist, what their benefits are, and how they affect work while debunking myths about meditation.
