Investimet fillestare p\u00ebr zhvillimin e projektit, n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 5 milion dollar\u00ebsh, si dhe personeli p\u00ebr fillimin e iniciativ\u00ebs do t\u00eb ofrohen nga kompanit\u00eb Google dhe Microsoft.
