N\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn LibKSBA, e zhvilluar nga projekti GnuPG dhe q\u00eb ofron funksione p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn me certifikatat X.509, \u00ebsht\u00eb zbuluar nj\u00eb vulnerabilitet kritik (CVE-2022-3515) q\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00eb mbushje integer dhe shkrim t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb rastit p\u00ebrtej buffers t\u00eb alokuara gjat\u00eb analiz\u00ebs s\u00eb strukturave ASN.1, t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb S\/MIME, X.509 dhe CMS. Problemi p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet nga fakti se biblioteka Libksba p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb paket\u00ebn GnuPG dhe vulnerabiliteti mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb ekzekutimin e kodit nga sulmuesi kur p\u00ebrpunohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb kriptuara ose t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruara n\u00eb GnuPG (gpgsm) nga skedaret ose mesazhet elektronike q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin S\/MIME. N\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sulm ndaj viktim\u00ebs q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor nj\u00eb klient post\u00eb me mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr GnuPG dhe S\/MIME, mjafton t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohet nj\u00eb mesazh i formatuar ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht. <\/p>\n

Vulnerabiliteti gjithashtu mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr sulme ndaj server\u00ebve dirmngr, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt merret me shkarkimin dhe analizimin e listave t\u00eb certifikatave t\u00eb t\u00ebrhequra (CRLs) dhe verifikimin e certifikatave t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura n\u00eb TLS. N\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjet Linux, biblioteka Libksba zakonisht ofrohet si nj\u00eb var\u00ebsi e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb ndarjet p\u00ebr Windows \u00ebsht\u00eb e integruar n\u00eb paket\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb instalimit me GnuPG. Pas p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimit, mos harroni t\u00eb rip\u00ebrmendni proceset n\u00eb sfond duke p\u00ebrdorur komand\u00ebn «gpgconf —kill all».
