Kodi i projektit shp\u00ebrndahet n\u00ebn licenc\u00ebn Apache 2.0.      <\/p>\n<p>Novitete kryesore n\u00eb OpenSSL 3.1.0:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\">Moduli FIPS ofron mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr algoritme t\u00eb enkriptimit q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushin standardin e siguris\u00eb FIPS 140-3. Procesi i certifikimit t\u00eb modulit p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb certifikat\u00ebn e p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebris\u00eb me k\u00ebrkesat e FIPS 140-3 ka filluar. Deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e certifikimit pas p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimit t\u00eb OpenSSL n\u00eb versionin 3.1, p\u00ebrdoruesit mund t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin modulin FIPS, t\u00eb certifikuar p\u00ebr FIPS 140-2. Nd\u00ebr ndryshimet n\u00eb versionin e ri t\u00eb modulit p\u00ebrfshihet p\u00ebrfshirja e algoritmeve Triple DES ECB, Triple DES CBC dhe EdDSA, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebr momentin nuk jan\u00eb verifikuar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebrkesat e FIPS. Gjithashtu, n\u00eb versionin e ri jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb optimizime p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur performanc\u00ebn dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb ekzekutimin e testeve t\u00eb brendshme n\u00eb \u00e7do ngarkim t\u00eb modulit, jo vet\u00ebm pas instalimit.\n<li class=\"l\"> Kodi OSSL_LIB_CTX \u00ebsht\u00eb rishikuar.
