Shtes\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaktuar nga nj\u00eb gabim n\u00eb X11R6.1, e cila ekziston q\u00eb nga viti 1996. Kjo vulnerabilitet mund t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet kur nj\u00eb aplikacion q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor libx11 lidhet me nj\u00eb X-server t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm ose me nj\u00eb proxy nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs t\u00eb kontrolluar nga nj\u00eb sulmues.\n<li class=\"l\"> CVE-2023-43786 \u2014 shterimi i stek\u00ebs si rezultat i rekursivitetit t\u00eb pafund n\u00eb funksionin PutSubImage() n\u00eb libX11, q\u00eb ndodh gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta n\u00eb formatin XPM. Funksioni problematik XCreateImage() thirret nga funksioni XpmReadFileToPixmap(), duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur shfryt\u00ebzimin e k\u00ebtij vulnerabiliteti gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb skedari t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb formatin XPM. Kjo vulnerabilitet gjithashtu ekziston q\u00eb nga koha e X11R2 (viti 1988).    <\/ul>\n<p>P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, jan\u00eb zbuluar dy dob\u00ebsi n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn libXpm (CVE-2023-43788 dhe CVE-2023-43789), t\u00eb shkaktuara nga mund\u00ebsia e leximit nga zona jasht\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb memorjes t\u00eb alokuar. Problemet shfaqen gjat\u00eb ngarkimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb komenti nga bufferi n\u00eb memorie dhe p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb skedari XPM me nj\u00eb hart\u00eb ngjyrash t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatshme.
