Huettel) from the team responsible for Gentoo Linux releases (Release Engineering team) announced the start of creating experimental Gentoo disk images in QCOW2 format, which allow for a fully operational system environment ready to boot in virtual machines. The images are planned to be updated weekly, enabling their use for assessing the current state of the distribution.
