N\u00eb shkurt 2025, AGCOM i dha kompanis\u00eb Cloudflare nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar zgjidhjen DNS t\u00eb domain-eve dhe IP-ve t\u00eb cilat shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje q\u00eb shkel t\u00eb drejtat e autorit. Kompania Cloudflare refuzoi t\u00eb implementonte bllokimin e listuar n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin DNS 1.1.1.1, duke e quajtur at\u00eb bllokim t\u00eb pabazuar dhe t\u00eb paperfituar, dhe duke theksuar pamund\u00ebsin\u00eb teknike p\u00ebr t\u00eb aplikuar filtrat n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin 1.1.1.1, q\u00eb proceson 200 miliard k\u00ebrkesa n\u00eb dit\u00eb, pa ndikuar negativisht n\u00eb performanc\u00eb. Pas refuzimit, AGCOM zhvilloi nj\u00eb hetim q\u00eb arriti n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se kompania Cloudflare kishte shkelur hapur normat ligjore t\u00eb vlefshme n\u00eb Itali, t\u00eb cilat k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nga ofruesit e DNS t\u00eb VPN<\/a> bllokojn\u00eb faqet piratike.
