Shp\u00ebrndarja ofron nj\u00eb bibliotek\u00eb modulin IP-block dhe implementime model \u00e7ipash t\u00eb gatshme p\u00ebr certifikim dhe t\u00eb verifikuara p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebri p\u00ebr prodhim (tapeout-proven). Duke kombinuar elemente nga kjo bibliotek\u00eb, mund t\u00eb krijoni \u00e7ipa p\u00ebr aplikacione t\u00eb ndryshme, nga qendrat e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, p\u00ebrshpejtuesit e AI dhe kontrollor\u00ebt e specializuar deri te sistemet e integruara me burime t\u00eb kufizuara dhe pajisjet e internetit t\u00eb gj\u00ebrave (IoT). Mes themeluesve t\u00eb projektit jan\u00eb 12 kompani dhe organizata, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Qualcomm Technologies, Meta, Analog Devices, Baochip, SIMPLE Crypto Association, Tenstorrent, Winbond dhe ZeroRISC.
