Diagnostikimi i problemit tregoi se n\u00eb versionin e ri t\u00eb paket\u00ebs me serverin IMAP\/POP3 Dovecot 2.4.3, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsimet e parazgjedhura ishte \u00e7aktivizuar autentifikimi p\u00ebrmes protokolleve IMAP dhe POP3 me d\u00ebrgim t\u00eb fjal\u00ebkalimit n\u00eb tekst t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb sesione pa p\u00ebrdorimin e kriptimit. <\/p>\n
Te p\u00ebrdoruesit e Outlook ishte aktivizuar opsioni p\u00ebr t'u lidhur me serverin e post\u00ebs duke p\u00ebrdorur kriptim, por klienti i post\u00ebs, edhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb opsion t\u00eb aktivizuar, vazhdonte t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorte port\u00ebn 110 p\u00ebr POP3 n\u00eb vend q\u00eb ta ndryshonte n\u00eb 995, e cila p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sesion TLS me serverin POP3, dhe nuk p\u00ebrdorte zgjerimin STARTTLS p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb nj\u00eb sesion TLS. Disa konfigurime m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra t\u00eb Outlook, pa shfaqur asnj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim, e injoronin flamurin e aktivizimit t\u00eb kriptimit TLS n\u00eb rast se porta 110 ishte caktuar shprehimisht dhe d\u00ebrgonin menj\u00ebher\u00eb komandat USER dhe PASS n\u00eb tekst t\u00eb hapur.
