Procesi i Iniciativave t\u00eb Komunitetit \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur si joefektiv dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb pezulluar deri n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb mekanizmi t\u00eb ri q\u00eb lejon promovimin e hapur dhe transparent t\u00eb projekteve strategjike, duke marr\u00eb parasysh mendimin e komunitetit.
