Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, framework-u ofron mjete zhvillimi duke p\u00ebrdorur paradigmen MVC (Modeli Shikimi Kontrollues), nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrfaqe p\u00ebr pun\u00eb me baza t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash, nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm k\u00ebrkimi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar mbi Lucene, komponent\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimin (I18N) dhe API p\u00ebr autentifikim. <\/p>\n

Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar n\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb Linux Foundation nga kompanit\u00eb Zend Technologies dhe Rogue Wave Software, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb kontribuar kryesisht n\u00eb zhvillimin e tij. Linux Foundation konsiderohet si nj\u00eb platform\u00eb neutrale p\u00ebr zhvillimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Zend Framework, e cila do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebrheqjen e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve t\u00eb rinj n\u00eb zhvillim. Komiteti menaxhues TSC (Komiteti Teknik Drejtues) do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet p\u00ebr zgjidhjet teknike n\u00eb projektin e ri, i formuar nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e ekipit t\u00eb Zend Framework Community Review Team. \u00c7\u00ebshtjet ligjore, organizative dhe financiare do t\u00eb shqyrtohen nga bordi mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs (Governing Board), n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb TSC dhe kompanit\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb projekt.
