Kuptimi ky\u00e7 vjen nga matja e drejtueshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe koeficientit t\u00eb Hall-it si funksion t\u00eb intensitetit t\u00eb drit\u00ebs. E fshehur n\u00eb form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb curve t\u00eb drejtueshm\u00ebris\u00eb- koeficientin e Hall-it (\u03c3-H) \u00ebsht\u00eb informacioni thelb\u00ebsor: diferenca n\u00eb mobilitetin e t\u00eb dy bart\u00ebsve. Ekipi e quajti metod\u00ebn e re t\u00eb matjes: foto-Hall e zgjidhur nga bart\u00ebsi (Carrier-Resolved Photo Hall, CRPH). Me nj\u00eb intensitet t\u00eb njohur ndri\u00e7imi, koha e ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb bart\u00ebsit mund t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme. Kjo lidhje dhe zgjidhjet e lidhura ishin t\u00eb fshehura p\u00ebr gati nj\u00eb shekull e gjysm\u00eb, q\u00eb nga zbulimi i efektit Hall.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 arritjeve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim teorik, arritjet n\u00eb metodat eksperimentale gjithashtu kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebrcaktuese p\u00ebr sigurimin e k\u00ebtij metodoje t\u00eb re. Metoda k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb matje t\u00eb past\u00ebr t\u00eb sinjalit t\u00eb Hall-it, e cila mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr materialet ku sinjali i Hall-it \u00ebsht\u00eb i dob\u00ebt (p\u00ebr shembull, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mobilitetit t\u00eb ul\u00ebt) ose kur jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme sinjale t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruara, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rrezatimin e fort\u00eb t\u00eb drit\u00ebs. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb b\u00ebhet matja e Hall-it duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb fush\u00eb magnetike t\u00eb dridhshme. Ashtu si te d\u00ebgjimi i radios, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb zgjidhet frekuenca e stacionit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar, duke hedhur posht\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha frekuencat e tjera q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si zhurm\u00eb. Metoda CRPH shkon nj\u00eb hap p\u00ebrpara dhe zgjedh jo vet\u00ebm frekuenc\u00ebn e d\u00ebshiruar, por gjithashtu edhe faz\u00ebn e fush\u00ebs magnetike t\u00eb dridhshme me nj\u00eb metod\u00eb t\u00eb quajtur p\u00ebrcaktimi sinkron. Kjo koncept i matjes s\u00eb Hall-it t\u00eb dridhsh\u00ebm (oscillating Hall measurement) \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, por metoda tradicionale q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor nj\u00eb sistem bobinash elektromagnetike p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjeneruar nj\u00eb fush\u00eb magnetike t\u00eb dridhshme ka qen\u00eb e pazhvillueshme.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Zbulimi i nj\u00eb sekreti 140-vje\u00e7ar n\u00eb fizik\u00eb\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/e6b8714430280bf58702cc775353efe8.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"predshestvuyuschee-otkrytie\">Zbulimi paraprak<\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shkenc\u00eb ndodhin shpesh p\u00ebrparime n\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb si rezultat i zbulimeve n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb vitin 2015, IBM Research raportoi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fenomen t\u00eb panjohur m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb fizik\u00eb, t\u00eb lidhur me nj\u00eb efekt t\u00eb ri t\u00eb kapjes s\u00eb fush\u00ebs magnetike, t\u00eb quajtur efekti 'depo e kamel\u00ebve', i cili ndodh mes dy linjave t\u00eb dipoleve tej\u00e7ues, kur ato tejkalojn\u00eb nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi kritike, si\u00e7 tregohet n\u00eb figuren Figure 2a. Efekti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb karakteristik\u00eb ky\u00e7e q\u00eb siguron nj\u00eb tip t\u00eb ri t\u00eb kurthit magnetik natyror, t\u00eb quajtur kurthi i dipoleve paralel (parallel dipole line trap, PDL trap), si\u00e7 tregohet n\u00eb figuren Figure 2b. Kurthi magnetik PDL mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret si nj\u00eb platform\u00eb e re p\u00ebr aplikacione t\u00eb ndryshme sensorike, si p\u00ebr shembull inklinometri dhe seismomet\u00ebr (sensor p\u00ebr t\u00ebrmete). Sistemet e tilla t\u00eb reja sensorike s\u00eb bashku me teknologjit\u00eb e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha mund t\u00eb hapin shum\u00eb aplikacione t\u00eb reja, dhe po studiohen nga ekipi i IBM Research, q\u00eb po zhvillon nj\u00eb platform\u00eb analitike p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb quajtur IBM Physical Analytics Integrated Repository Service (PAIRS), e cila p\u00ebrmban shum\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna gjeohap\u00ebsinore dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga Interneti i Things (IoT).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb habitshme, elementi i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb PDL ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim tjet\u00ebr unik. M\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja, sistemi ofron mjaft hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb lejuar ndri\u00e7imin e nj\u00eb zone t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb mostr\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kritike n\u00eb eksperimentet e Hall foto.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"vliyanie\">Ndikimi<\/h4>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Metoda e re e zhvilluar p\u00ebr Hall-in foto na lejon t\u00eb nxjerrim nj\u00eb sasi t\u00eb pabesueshme informacioni nga gjysm\u00ebp\u00ebr\u00e7uesit. Ndryshe nga vet\u00ebm tre parameteret q\u00eb merren n\u00eb matjen klasike t\u00eb Hall-it, kjo metod\u00eb e re sjell deri n\u00eb shtat\u00eb parametra n\u00eb \u00e7do intensitet drit\u00eb t\u00eb provuar. Kjo p\u00ebrfshin l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e elektronve dhe vrimave; p\u00ebrqendrimin e bart\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre n\u00ebn ndikimin e drit\u00ebs; koh\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb rikombinimit; dhe gjat\u00ebsi difuzie p\u00ebr elektronet, vrimat dhe tipin ambipolar. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten N her\u00eb (dmth numri i parametrave t\u00eb intensitetit t\u00eb drit\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb eksperiment). <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Ky ky\u00e7je e re dhe teknologjia do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb avancimin e arritjeve n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebp\u00ebr\u00e7ues, si n\u00eb teknologjit\u00eb ekzistuese ashtu edhe n\u00eb ato n\u00eb zhvillim. Tani kemi njohurit\u00eb dhe mjetet e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb karakteristikat fizike t\u00eb materialeve gjysm\u00ebp\u00ebr\u00e7ues me detaje t\u00eb larta. P\u00ebr shembull, kjo do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb acelerimin e zhvillimit t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb gjysm\u00ebp\u00ebr\u00e7uesore t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, si panelet solare
