Kompania Axlon zhvilloi nj\u00eb SSD t\u00eb quajtur RAMDISK 320 p\u00ebr Apple II, e cila ishte e bazuar n\u00eb \u00e7ipat RAM. Kapaciteti i bateris\u00eb mjaftonte p\u00ebr 3 or\u00eb funksionimi autonom n\u00eb rast se humbej energjia.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb, kompania Rodime do t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb disqin e par\u00eb t\u00eb ngurt\u00eb RO352 me kapacitet 10 MiB n\u00eb formatin e njohur 3.5 in\u00e7. Edhe pse ky ishte disku i par\u00eb komercial n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb format, Rodime n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk b\u00ebri asgj\u00eb inovative.<\/p>\n<p>Produkt i par\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb format konsiderohet disku fleksib\u00ebl i prezantuar nga kompanit\u00eb Tandon dhe Shugart Associates. Zhvillimi zgjati 4 vjet.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>Memoria NOR p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb matric\u00eb klasike 2D t\u00eb konduktor\u00ebve<\/b>, ku n\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjet e rreshtave dhe kolonave \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur nga nj\u00eb qeliz\u00eb (analog me memorien n\u00eb b\u00ebrthama magnetike).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\nN\u00eb vitin 1984, profesori Masuoka foli p\u00ebr shpikjen e tij n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn International Electronics Developers Meeting, ku kompania Intel shpejt vler\u00ebsoi potencialin e k\u00ebtij zhvillimi. Kompania Toshiba, ku punonte profesori Masuoka, nuk e konsideronte memorien Flash si di\u00e7ka t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, prandaj i p\u00ebrmbushi k\u00ebrkesat e Intel p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar disa mostra eksperimentale p\u00ebr studim.<\/p>\n<p>Interesi i treguar nga kompania Intel p\u00ebr zhvillimin e Fudziou, nxit\u00eb Toshib\u00ebn t\u00eb ndante pes\u00eb inxhinier\u00eb p\u00ebr ndihm\u00ebn e profesorin n\u00eb zgjidhjen e problemit t\u00eb komercializimit t\u00eb shpikjes. Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb, Hewlett-Packard e zvog\u00ebloi madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e disqeve n\u00eb 1.3 in\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Kompania Seagate mbajti besnik\u00ebri ndaj disqeve n\u00eb formatin 3.5-in\u00e7 dhe b\u00ebri nj\u00eb bast p\u00ebr rritjen e shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb rrotullimit, duke l\u00ebshuar n\u00eb 1992 modelin e saj t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm Barracuda, disku i par\u00eb i fort\u00eb me shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e rrotullimit t\u00eb spindleve prej 7200 rrotullime n\u00eb minut\u00eb. Por Seagate nuk kishte nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb ndalte k\u00ebtu. K\u00ebt\u00eb e shfryt\u00ebzoi kompania Transcend, e cila n\u00eb 2003 l\u00ebshoi disqe SSD me kapacitete nga 16 deri n\u00eb 512 MiB. Pas tre vitesh, kompanit\u00eb Samsung dhe SanDisk filluan prodhimin masiv. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, IBM shiti divizionin e tij t\u00eb disqeve te kompania Hitachi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb ashtuquajturit SSD filluan t\u00eb fitonin terren dhe u shfaq nj\u00eb problem i duksh\u00ebm: nd\u00ebrfaqja SATA ishte m\u00eb e ngadalt\u00eb se vet\u00eb SSD-t\u00eb. Pas dy vitesh, versioni i par\u00eb i specifikimit ishte gati, dhe nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb u shfaq disku i par\u00eb NVMe.<\/p>\n<h2>Dallimet midis SSD-ve moderne dhe HDD-ve<\/h2>\n<p>\nN\u00eb nivelin fizik, dallimi midis SSD-ve dhe HDD-ve \u00ebsht\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm: n\u00eb SSD mungojn\u00eb element\u00ebt mekanik\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa informacioni ruhet n\u00eb qelizat e memories.
