Dhe n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve, nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi as lidhja e ID me emrin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ne mund t\u00eb identifikohemi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe t\u00eb gjat\u00eb kohore. Ndalimi i njohjes s\u00eb fytyr\u00ebs nuk ka asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb n\u00ebse sistemet e mbik\u00ebqyrjes video kalojn\u00eb te identifikimi i njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebrmes adresave MAC t\u00eb smartfon\u00ebve. Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne identifikohemi pa dijenin\u00eb ose p\u00eblqimin ton\u00eb, dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb i duhen rregulla p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar kur kjo lejohet dhe kur jo.<\/p>\n<p>Po aq sa na duhen rregulla p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat tona mund t\u00eb bashkohen me t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb tjera e m\u00eb pas t\u00eb blihen dhe t\u00eb shiten pa dijenin\u00eb ose p\u00eblqimin ton\u00eb. Industria e broker\u00ebve t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse krejt\u00ebsisht e parregulluar; ekziston vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ligj \u2014 i miratuar n\u00eb Vermont n\u00eb vitin 2018 \u2014 q\u00eb u k\u00ebrkon broker\u00ebve t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb regjistrohen dhe t\u00eb shpjegojn\u00eb n\u00eb vija t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash mbledhin. Kompanit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb gjurmimit n\u00eb internet, si Facebook dhe Google, mbledhin p\u00ebr ne dosje m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuara sesa kishin sh\u00ebrbimet sekrete t\u00eb \u00e7do shteti policor t\u00eb shekullit XX. Ligje t\u00eb arsyeshme do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb parandalimin e abuzimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda prej tyre.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, na duhen rregulla m\u00eb t\u00eb qarta se kur dhe si kompanit\u00eb mund t\u00eb diskriminojn\u00eb. Diskriminimi i bazuar n\u00eb karakteristika t\u00eb mbrojtura si raca dhe gjinia tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i paligjsh\u00ebm, por k\u00ebto rregulla jan\u00eb joefektive ndaj teknologjive moderne t\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrjes dhe kontrollit. Kur njer\u00ebzit mund t\u00eb identifikohen dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tyre t\u00eb krahasohen me nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi dhe shkall\u00eb t\u00eb papara m\u00eb par\u00eb, na duhen rregulla t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p>Sot sistemet e njohjes s\u00eb fytyr\u00ebs kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb kritikave, por duke i ndaluar ato, humbasim thelbin e problemit. Duhet t\u00eb flasim seriozisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha teknologjit\u00eb e identifikimit, nd\u00ebrlidhjes s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe diskriminimit. Ne si shoq\u00ebri duhet t\u00eb vendosim n\u00ebse nj\u00eb spiunim i till\u00eb nga qeveria dhe korporatat \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranuesh\u00ebm \u2014 dhe si duam q\u00eb ato t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb
