E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb na identifikojn\u00eb me konsistenc\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. Ligjet e arsyeshme do t\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar abuzimet m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, na duhen rregulla m\u00eb t\u00eb qarta p\u00ebr kur dhe si kompanit\u00eb mund t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb diskriminim. Diskriminimi i bazuar n\u00eb karakteristika t\u00eb mbrojtura si rac\u00eb dhe gjini tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i paligjsh\u00ebm, por k\u00ebto rregulla nuk jan\u00eb efektive kund\u00ebr teknologjive moderne t\u00eb v\u00ebzhgimit dhe kontrollit. Kur njer\u00ebzit mund t\u00eb identifikohen dhe t\u00eb lidhin t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tyre me nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi dhe shkall\u00eb t\u00eb paimagjinueshme, na nevojiten rregulla t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p>Sot sistemet e njohjes me fytyr\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb goditjen kryesore t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs, por duke i ndaluar ato, ne humbasim thelbin. Duhet t\u00eb flasim seriozisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha teknologjit\u00eb e identifikimit, korelacionit dhe diskriminimit. Ne si shoq\u00ebri duhet t\u00eb vendosim n\u00ebse nj\u00eb spiunim i till\u00eb nga qeveria dhe korporatat \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranuesh\u00ebm dhe si duam q\u00eb ata t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb
