In 2011, he founded his own company, Rother OSS. By 2019, Rother OSS focused on providing business services related to the open-source variants of OTRS. In response to the changed release strategy of OTRS AG and delays in the rollout of new versions of the OTRS Community Edition, Rother OSS started developing the OTOBO (Open Ticket Ours Based OTRS) ticketing system based on OTRS version 6. The business concept of OTOBO is to support business users, provide consulting, and training. Developments commissioned by clients that are beneficial for a broader user base are planned to be returned to its source code.

Ndryshimet kryesore:

është përditësuar <noindex>portal për klientët</noindex>;

<noindex></noindex>

U optimizuan formularët, u shtua mbështetje për formularë të shumtë;

U realizua kërkimi i shpejtë mbi bazën e Elasticsearch;

U shtua mbështetje për autentikimin me dy faktorë, mbrojtja nga provat e fjalëkalimeve dhe mjete të zgjeruara për caktimin e politikës së përcaktimit të fjalëkalimeve;

Siguruar <noindex>integrimi</noindex> me Docker.

Po ashtu, u zhvillua një mjet migrimi që lejon kalimin nga OTRS CE 6 në OTOBO.
