FHE mund\u00ebson krijimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve p\u00ebr llogaritje konfidenciale, ku t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebrpunohen t\u00eb enkriptuara dhe nuk shfaqen kurr\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb asnj\u00eb nga etapet.
