Jan\u00eb publikuar p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsime korrigjuese p\u00ebr deg\u00ebt stabile t\u00eb serverit DNS BIND 9.11.28 dhe 9.16.12, si dhe p\u00ebr deg\u00ebn eksperimentale 9.17.10 q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillim. N\u00eb nxjerrjet e reja \u00ebsht\u00eb eliminuar nj\u00eb vulnerabilitet (CVE-2020-8625) q\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb mbushjen e tamponit dhe potencialisht t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb ekzekutimin e kodit nga nj\u00eb sulmues. Deri tani nuk jan\u00eb zbuluar shenja t\u00eb eksploit\u00ebve funksional\u00eb. <\/p>\n

Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb shkaktuar nga nj\u00eb gabim n\u00eb implementimin e mekanizmit SPNEGO (Mekanizmi i Negocimit t\u00eb GSSAPI t\u00eb Thjesht\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Mbrojtur), i p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb GSSAPI p\u00ebr pajtimin e metodave t\u00eb mbrojtjes t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorura nga klienti dhe serverin<\/a> metodave t\u00eb mbrojtjes. Vulnerabiliteti prek sistemet ku konfigurimet kan\u00eb aktivizuar p\u00ebrdorimin e GSS-TSIG (p\u00ebrdorim i konfigurimeve tkey-gssapi-keytab dhe tkey-gssapi-credential). GSS-TSIG zakonisht aplikohet n\u00eb mjedise t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera, ku BIND p\u00ebrzihet me kontrolluesit domenit<\/a> Active Directory, ose gjat\u00eb integrimit me Samba. N\u00eb konfigurimin e paracaktuar, GSS-TSIG \u00ebsht\u00eb i \u00e7aktivizuar. <\/p>\n
