Dega drbd 9.1.0 mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e qet\u00eb t\u00eb drbd 9.0.x dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e pajtueshme n\u00eb nivelin e protokollit, skedar\u00ebve te konfigurimit dhe utiliteteve. Ndryshimet p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb ripunimin e mekanizmit t\u00eb vendosjes s\u00eb bllokimeve dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb fokusuar n\u00eb reduktimin e konkurenc\u00ebs gjat\u00eb vendosjes s\u00eb bllokimeve n\u00eb kodin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr hyrje-dalje n\u00eb DRBD.
