Kodi i projektit shp\u00ebrndahet n\u00ebn licenc\u00ebn Apache 2.0.      <\/p>\n<p>Ideja kryesore e HPVM \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi i nj\u00eb paraqitjeje t\u00eb unifikuar p\u00ebr programet q\u00eb ekzekutohen paralelisht gjat\u00eb kompikimit, e cila mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr ekzekutim me pajisje t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin paralelizimin e llogaritjeve, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb GPU, instrukcionet vektoriale, procesor\u00ebt multiniveli, FPGA dhe chip-et e specializuar p\u00ebr akcelerim. Ndryshe nga sistemi t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, HPVM p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb kombinoj\u00eb tre mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr organizimin e llogaritjeve heterogjene: nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjetme t\u00eb pavarur nga gjuha e programimit dhe pajisja, nj\u00eb arkitektur\u00eb virtuale t\u00eb setit t\u00eb komandave (ISA), dhe planifikim n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e ekzekutimit (runtime scheduling).    <\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i pavarur nga sistemi i synuar n\u00eb HPVM \u00ebsht\u00eb i bazuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm t\u00eb instrukcioneve LLVM 9.0 dhe e zgjeron at\u00eb me nj\u00eb grafik hierarkik t\u00eb rrjedhave t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, duke lejuar mbulimin e paralelizmit n\u00eb nivelin e detyrave, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe pipeline-ve t\u00eb llogaritjeve. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimi i nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm t\u00eb HPVM gjithashtu p\u00ebrfshin instrukcione vektoriale dhe memorje t\u00eb ndar\u00eb. Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb gjenerimi dhe optimizimi efikas i kodit p\u00ebr sisteme heterogjene.      <\/p>\n<p>Arkitektura virtuale e setit t\u00eb komandave (ISA) lejon transferueshm\u00ebri midis llojeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb pajisjeve p\u00ebr llogaritjet paralel dhe ofron mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos humbur performanc\u00ebn kur p\u00ebrdoren elemente t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb sistemeve heterogjene. ISA virtuale gjithashtu mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr ofrimin e kodit ekzekutues universal t\u00eb programeve, i cili mund t\u00eb ekzekutohet me CPU, GPU, FPGA dhe akcelerator\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm.      <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimit, HPVM ofron gjenerues kodesh t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb transliteruar nyjat e aplikacioneve, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me ISA virtuale, p\u00ebr ekzekutim duke p\u00ebrdorur GPU NVIDIA (cuDNN dhe OpenCL), instrukcione vektoriale Intel AVX dhe CPU multinivel x86. Gjat\u00eb ekzekutimit, HPVM p\u00ebrdor politika fleksib\u00ebl t\u00eb planifikimit t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb llogaritjeve, t\u00eb realizuara si n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb informacionit mbi programin (struktura e grafit), ashtu edhe p\u00ebrmes kompilimit t\u00eb nyjave t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb programit p\u00ebr ekzekutim n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb nga pajisjet e llogaritjeve t\u00eb synuara dispozitave n\u00eb sistem.       <\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebrehet se p\u00ebrdorimi i HPVM sjell nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb dukshme t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs. Performanca e rezultateve t\u00eb gjeneruara nga HPVM \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kodin e shkruar me dor\u00eb n\u00eb OpenCL p\u00ebr GPU dhe pajisjet e llogaritjeve vektoriale.     <\/p>\n<p>Krahas versionit t\u00eb par\u00eb paraprak, versioni HPVM 1.0 p\u00ebrfshin mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr operacione tensoriale t\u00eb algebr\u00ebs lineare, frontend p\u00ebr Pytorch dhe Keras, aproksimimin e operator\u00ebve konvencional\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb framework p\u00ebr konfigurimin e aproksimimit, i cili zgjedh automatikisht aproksimimet optimale p\u00ebr operacione t\u00eb
