Release of the Linux distribution Clonezilla Live 3.1.1 has been announced, intended for fast disk cloning (only used blocks are copied). The tasks performed by the distribution are similar to the proprietary product Norton Ghost. The size of the distribution's ISO image is 417 MB (i686, amd64).

- In the bt_restoredisk mode, restoring images to a device with a different name is allowed.
- Support for the boot parameter ocs_screen_blank=ânoâ has been added to prevent the screen from turning off due to inactivity.
- The Memtest86+ utility has been updated to version 6.20.
- The option to select the active network adapter on systems with multiple network cards has been provided.
