Efter att TrueNAS Core-grenen, baserad p\u00e5 FreeBSD, gick in i underh\u00e5llsl\u00e4ge, b\u00f6rjade Linux-versionen ist\u00e4llet att kallas TrueNAS. Storleken p\u00e5 ISO-avbildningen \u00e4r 1,9 GB. K\u00e4llkoder f\u00f6r specifika TrueNAS-byggscenarier, webgr\u00e4nssnitt och lager har publicerats p\u00e5 GitHub.    <\/p>\n<p>Bland funktionerna i TrueNAS framh\u00e4vs m\u00f6jligheten att skapa lagringsutrymmen som placeras \u00f6ver flera noder, anv\u00e4ndning av isolerade containrar och l\u00e4mplighet f\u00f6r att bygga programvarudefinierade infrastrukturer. ZFS (OpenZFS) anv\u00e4nds som filsystem. Det finns st\u00f6d f\u00f6r Docker-containrar, virtualisering baserad p\u00e5 KVM och skalning \u00f6ver flera noder med hj\u00e4lp av Minio eller Syncthing.    <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att organisera \u00e5tkomst till lagringsutrymmet st\u00f6ds SMB, NFS, iSCSI Block Storage, S3 Object API och Cloud Sync. Lagringsutrymmet kan implementeras p\u00e5 en nod och kan sedan gradvis skalas horisontellt genom att l\u00e4gga till ytterligare noder n\u00e4r behoven \u00f6kar. Ut\u00f6ver att utf\u00f6ra uppgifter relaterade till lagringsorganisation kan noder \u00e4ven anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att tillhandah\u00e5lla tj\u00e4nster och k\u00f6ra applikationer i containrar, orkestrerade med hj\u00e4lp av Docker-plattformen, eller i virtuella maskiner baserade p\u00e5 KVM. F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla s\u00e4ker \u00e5tkomst kan anslutningen ske via <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/sv\/vpn\/\"   title=\"VPN\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"246\">VPN<\/a> (OpenVPN).    <\/p>\n<p>Bland f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna i den nya versionen:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Linux-k\u00e4rnan har uppdaterats till version 6.12 (tidigare anv\u00e4ndes version 6.6).\n<li class=\"l\"> I OpenZFS \u00e4r l\u00e4get &#171;fast_dedup&#187; aktiverat, vilket anv\u00e4nder ett nytt format f\u00f6r dedupliceringstabeller som avsev\u00e4rt p\u00e5skyndar operationer relaterade till deduplicering av datablock.\n<li class=\"l\"> Processen f\u00f6r att utvidga RAID-Z-arrayer har femfaldigats.\n<li class=\"l\"> Experimentellt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r LXC-containrar och virtualisering baserad p\u00e5 QEMU\/KVM har lagts till.
