I arkivet finns redan en standardvarning fr\u00e5n Intel: projektet har arkiverats, f\u00f6retaget garanterar inte l\u00e4ngre utveckling, underh\u00e5ll, korrigeringar, nya versioner och accepterar inte l\u00e4ngre patchar.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/noindex>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<noindex><\/p>\n<p><strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/intel\/cve-bin-tool-action\">CVE Binary Tool Action<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 GitHub Action f\u00f6r att kontrollera arkiv av k\u00e4nda s\u00e5rbarheter med hj\u00e4lp av CVE Binary Tool. Den kunde skanna bin\u00e4ra filer, komponentlistor och SBOM samt publicera resultat i Security Tab och rapporter i HTML\/JSON\/PDF. Intel har \u00e4ven flyttat detta arkiv till arkivet och slutat acceptera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<noindex><\/p>\n<p><strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/VCDP\/SMTA\">SMTA<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 Streaming Media Transcoding Application, en demonstrationsapplikation f\u00f6r att visa m\u00f6jligheterna f\u00f6r videotranskodning med Intels integrerade grafik.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<noindex><\/p>\n<p><strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/intel\/trusted-ledger-config-store\">Intel Trusted Ledger Config Store<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 ett projekt under MIT-licens relaterat till lagring av data f\u00f6r Intel SGX enclave identity collateral. Arkivet arkiverades den 18 maj 2026; Intel angav separat att fortsatt support, korrigeringar och nya versioner inte garanteras.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<noindex><\/p>\n<p><strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/IntelLabs\/SCAP\">SCAP<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 ett forskningsprojekt fr\u00e5n Intel Labs om Statistical Calibrated Activation Pruning, vilket \u00e4r en teknik f\u00f6r att avl\u00e4gsna aktiveringar i neuronn\u00e4tmodeller.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Phoronix noterade ocks\u00e5 att <strong>Intel Self-Governed Remote Attestation<\/strong> f\u00f6rst blev arkiverad, men samma dag \u00e5ngrades beslutet, s\u00e5 projektet kommer f\u00f6rmodligen att forts\u00e4tta existera.<\/p>\n<p><noindex><\/p>\n<p>Detta \u00e4r inte den f\u00f6rsta s\u00e5dan v\u00e5g. Den 18 maj skrev Phoronix <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/news\/Intel-May-2026-OSS-Archived\">om nedl\u00e4ggningen<\/a> av andra Intel-projekt, inklusive <strong>BigDL Time Series Toolkit<\/strong>, robotiserad LIDAR-kartl\u00e4ggning, Terraform-moduler f\u00f6r Intel\/IBM VM, Edge Software Provisioner, IPEX LLM Tutorial, RTOS IF Drivers och Multi-Rail Power Sequencer. Samtidigt arkiverades projekten Predictive Assets Maintenance, High Density Scalable Load Balancer, Double Batched FFT Library och Intel Edge AI Performance Evaluation Toolkit.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><br \/>\n<noindex><\/p>\n<p>Kontexten i denna historia \u00e4r obehaglig f\u00f6r gemenskapen: Intel har i \u00e5rtionden ansetts vara en av de fr\u00e4msta f\u00f6retagsakt\u00f6rerna inom Linux-ekosystemet och fri programvara, men under det senaste \u00e5ret har f\u00f6retaget redan dragit in flera framtr\u00e4dande projekt, inklusive <strong>Clear Linux<\/strong>. F\u00f6retaget f\u00f6rblir fortfarande en viktig akt\u00f6r i utvecklingen av Linux-k\u00e4rnan, kompilatorer och l\u00e5g-niv\u00e5 programvara som \u00e4r direkt kopplad till sina moderna h\u00e5rdvaru- och serverinriktningar.
