Projektet syftar till att anv\u00e4ndas p\u00e5 Linux och FreeBSD.<\/p>\n<p>Kompatibiliteten med i3 s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lls p\u00e5 kommandoniv\u00e5, konfigurationsfiler och IPC, vilket g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att anv\u00e4nda Sway som en transparent ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r i3, som anv\u00e4nder Wayland ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r X11.
