Publiceringen av live-versionerna f\u00f6rdr\u00f6js. <\/p>\n<p>Skillnaderna fr\u00e5n RHEL handlar fr\u00e4mst om rebranding och avl\u00e4gsnande av kopplingar till Red Hat-tj\u00e4nster. Specifika applikationer f\u00f6r vetenskapligt bruk samt ytterligare drivrutiner erbjuds f\u00f6r installation fr\u00e5n externa repor, s\u00e5som <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/fedoraproject.org\/wiki\/EPEL\">EPEL<\/a><\/noindex> och <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/elrepo.org\/\">elrepo.org<\/a><\/noindex>. <\/p>\n<p>Huvud <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/ftp.scientificlinux.org\/linux\/scientific\/7.7\/x86_64\/release-notes\/\">funktioner<\/a><\/noindex>  Scientific Linux 7.7: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Paket med Python 3.6 har lagts till (tidigare ingick inte Python 3 i RHEL);\n<li class=\"l\"> Ett paket med <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.openafs.org\/\">OpenAFS<\/a><\/noindex>, en \u00f6ppen implementation av det distribuerade filsystemet Andrew File System;\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\">Ett paket SL_gdm_no_user_list har lagts till, vilket inaktiverar visningen av anv\u00e4ndarlistan i GDM vid behov av att f\u00f6lja en striktare s\u00e4kerhetspolicy;\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\">  Ett paket SL_enable_serialconsole har lagts till f\u00f6r att konfigurera en konsol som fungerar via seriell port;\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Ett paket SL_no_colorls har lagts till, vilket inaktiverar f\u00e4rgade utdata i ls;\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\">\u00c4ndringar har gjorts i paketen, huvudsakligen relaterade till rebranding: anaconda, dhcp, grub2, httpd, ipa, kernel, libreport, PackageKit, pesign, plymouth, redhat-rpm-config, shim, yum, cockpit;\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> I j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med grenen Scientific Linux 6.x har paket som alpine, SL_desktop_tweaks, SL_password_for_singleuser, yum-autoupdate, yum-conf-adobe, thunderbird (tillg\u00e4nglig i EPEL7-repot) exkluderats fr\u00e5n basutbudet.\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\"> Komponenter (shim, grub2, Linux-k\u00e4rnan) som anv\u00e4nds vid bootning i l\u00e4ge UEFI Secure Boot \u00e4r signerade med Scientific Linux-nyckeln, vilket vid aktivering av verifierad boot kr\u00e4ver <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/ftp.scientificlinux.org\/linux\/scientific\/7.5\/x86_64\/release-notes\/#_about_uefi_secure_boot\">manuella \u00e5tg\u00e4rder<\/a><\/noindex>, eftersom nyckeln m\u00e5ste l\u00e4ggas till i firmware;\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\">F\u00f6r automatisk installation av uppdateringar anv\u00e4nds systemet yum-cron, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r yum-autoupdate. Som standard till\u00e4mpas uppdateringar automatiskt med efterf\u00f6ljande avisering till anv\u00e4ndaren. F\u00f6r att \u00e4ndra beteendet vid automatisk installation finns paketen SL_yum-cron_no_automated_apply_updates (f\u00f6rbjuder automatisk installation av uppdateringar) och SL_yum-cron_no_default_excludes (till\u00e5ter installation av uppdateringar med k\u00e4rnan);\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\">Filer med konfiguration av externa repositorier (EPEL, ELRepo,<br \/>\nSL-Extras, SL-SoftwareCollections, ZFSonLinux har flyttats till ett centraliserat lagringsutrymme, eftersom dessa repository inte \u00e4r specifika f\u00f6r vissa versioner och kan anv\u00e4ndas med alla versioner av Scientific Linux 7. F\u00f6r att h\u00e4mta information om repositories, k\u00f6r &#171;yum install yum-conf-repos&#187;, och konfigurera sedan individuella repositories, till exempel &#171;yum install yum-conf-epel
