Efter godk\u00e4nnandet i den tekniska kommitt\u00e9n fick ODF 1.3 status som \"Committee Specification\", vilket inneb\u00e4r att arbetet \u00e4r helt avslutat, specifikationen \u00e4r of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrad i framtiden och dokumentet \u00e4r klart f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndning av externa utvecklare och f\u00f6retag. N\u00e4sta steg blir att godk\u00e4nna den presenterade specifikationen som en standard f\u00f6r OASIS och ISO\/IEC.<\/p>\n<p>Huvudsakliga skillnader mellan OpenDocument 1.3 och den tidigare versionen av specifikationen var inf\u00f6randet av nya funktioner f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla dokumentens skydd, s\u00e5som signering av dokument med digital signatur och kryptering av inneh\u00e5llet med hj\u00e4lp av OpenPGP-nycklar. Den nya versionen inneh\u00e5ller ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rtydliganden av formuleringarna och ut\u00f6kningar av redan tillg\u00e4ngliga funktioner, exempelvis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Tillagd st\u00f6d f\u00f6r polynom- och <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%D0%A1%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%B7%D1%8F%D1%89%D0%B0%D1%8F_%D1%81%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%BD%D1%8F%D1%8F\">glidande medelv\u00e4rde<\/a><\/noindex> regression f\u00f6r diagram;\n<li class=\"l\"> Ytterligare metoder f\u00f6r numrering av siffror har implementerats;\n<li class=\"l\"> En separat typ av \u00f6vre och nedre sidhuvuden f\u00f6r titelsidan har lagts till;\n<li class=\"l\"> Verktyg f\u00f6r att st\u00e4lla in styckeindelningar beroende p\u00e5 sammanhang har definierats;\n<li class=\"l\"> Ytterligare argument f\u00f6r funktionen WEEKDAY har f\u00f6reslagits;\n<li class=\"l\"> En ny typ av mall f\u00f6r br\u00f6dtext i dokument har lagts till.\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>ODF \u00e4r ett XML-baserat, plattforms- och applikationsoberoende filformat f\u00f6r lagring av dokument som inneh\u00e5ller text, kalkylblad, diagram och grafiska element. Specifikationerna inkluderar \u00e4ven krav p\u00e5 organisation av l\u00e4sning, skrivning och bearbetning av s\u00e5dana dokument i applikationer. ODF-standarden \u00e4r till\u00e4mplig f\u00f6r att skapa, redigera, visa, dela och arkivera dokument som kan vara textdokument, presentationer, kalkylblad, rastergrafik, vektorgrafik, diagram och andra typer av inneh\u00e5ll. <\/p>\n<p>Specifikationerna best\u00e5r av fyra delar:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\"
