Denna lagringsform \u00e4r optimal f\u00f6r s\u00e5dana till\u00e4mpningar som \u00f6vervakningssystem, handelsplattformar, system f\u00f6r insamling av m\u00e5tt och sensorstatus. Det erbjuds verktyg f\u00f6r integration med projektet <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/grafana.com\/\">Grafana<\/a><\/noindex> och <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/prometheus.io\/\">Prometheus<\/a><\/noindex>. <\/p>\n<p>Projektet TimescaleDB \u00e4r implementerat som en till\u00e4gg till PostgreSQL och <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/timescale\/timescaledb\">sprids<\/a><\/noindex> \u00e4r licensierad under Apache 2.0. <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/timescale\/timescaledb\/tree\/master\/tsl\">en del av koden<\/a><\/noindex> med ut\u00f6kad funktionalitet levereras under en separat propriet\u00e4r licens <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/timescale\/timescaledb\/blob\/master\/tsl\/LICENSE-TIMESCALE\">Timescale<\/a><\/noindex> (TSL), som inte till\u00e5ter \u00e4ndringar, f\u00f6rbjuder anv\u00e4ndning av koden i externa produkter och inte till\u00e5ter gratis anv\u00e4ndning i molndatabaser (database-as-a-service). <\/p>\n<p>Bland f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna i TimescaleDB 1.7:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> St\u00f6d f\u00f6r integration med DBMS <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=51604\">PostgreSQL 12<\/a><\/noindex>. St\u00f6det f\u00f6r PostgreSQL 9.6.x och 10.x har deklarerats som f\u00f6r\u00e5ldrat (i Timescale 2.0 kommer endast st\u00f6d f\u00f6r PostgreSQL 11+ att kvarst\u00e5).\n<li class=\"l\"> Beteendet f\u00f6r f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar med kontinuerligt utf\u00f6rda aggregeringsfunktioner (aggregering av kontinuerligt inkommande data i realtid) har \u00e4ndrats. S\u00e5dana f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar kombinerar nu materialiserade vyer med nyligen inkomna data som \u00e4nnu inte har materialiserats (tidigare t\u00e4ckte aggregeringen endast redan materialiserade data). Det nya beteendet till\u00e4mpas p\u00e5 nyss skapade kontinuerliga aggregeringar, och f\u00f6r befintliga vyer skall parametern &#171;timescaledb.materialized_only=false&#187; st\u00e4llas in via &#171;ALTER VIEW&#187;.\n<li class=\"l\"> I Community-versionen har vissa ut\u00f6kade verktyg f\u00f6r livscykelhantering av data \u00f6verf\u00f6rts fr\u00e5n den kommersiella utg\u00e5van, inklusive m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r omgruppering av data och hantering av policys f\u00f6r utfasning av f\u00f6r\u00e5ldrad data (m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r endast lagring av aktuell data och automatiskt ta bort, aggreggera eller arkivera gamla poster).\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vi p\u00e5minner om att databasservern TimescaleDB m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndning av fullst\u00e4ndiga SQL-fr\u00e5gor f\u00f6r att analysera insamlade data, vilket kombinerar bekv\u00e4mligheten med arbete som k\u00e4nnetecknar relationsdatabaser med skalbarhet och funktioner som \u00e4r typiska f\u00f6r specialiserade NoSQL-system. Lagringsstrukturen \u00e4r optimerad f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla h\u00f6g hastighet vid till\u00e4gg av data. St\u00f6d f\u00f6r batchinmatning av datam\u00e4ngder, anv\u00e4ndning av minnesbaserade index, inl\u00e4sning av historiska sk\u00e4rningar retroaktivt och till\u00e4mpning av transaktioner finns.<\/p>\n<p>En nyckelfunktion i TimescaleDB \u00e4r st\u00f6det f\u00f6r automatiserad partitionering av datam\u00e4ngder. Inkommande datastreamar f\u00f6rdelas automatiskt \u00f6ver partitionerade tabeller. Partitioner skapas beroende p\u00e5 tid (i varje partition lagras data f\u00f6r en viss tidsperiod) eller kopplade till en godtycklig nyckel (till exempel en enhetsidentifierare, plats osv.). F\u00f6r att optimera prestandan kan partitionerade tabeller f\u00f6rdelas \u00f6ver olika diskar. <\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar ser den partitionerade databasen ut som en stor tabell som kallas en hypertabell. Hypertabellen \u00e4r en virtuell representation av m\u00e5nga separata tabeller d\u00e4r inkommande data samlas. Hypertabellen anv\u00e4nds inte bara f\u00f6r f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar och f\u00f6r att l\u00e4gga till data, utan \u00e4ven f\u00f6r s\u00e5dana operationer som att skapa index och \u00e4ndra strukturen (&#171;ALTER TABLE&#187;), och d\u00f6ljer den l\u00e5gniv\u00e5segmenterade databasstrukturen f\u00f6r utvecklaren. Med hypertabellen kan alla aggregeringsfunktioner, underfr\u00e5gor, sammanslagningsoperationer (JOIN) med vanliga tabeller och f\u00f6nsterfunktioner anv\u00e4ndas.<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a
