Projektet LibreSSL fokuserar p\u00e5 att kvalitativt st\u00f6dja SSL\/TLS-protokollen genom att ta bort \u00f6verfl\u00f6dig funktionalitet, l\u00e4gga till extra skydd och genomf\u00f6ra en betydande st\u00e4dning och omarbetning av kodbasen. LibreSSL 3.1.1 \u00e4r markerad som den f\u00f6rsta stabila versionen av gren 3.1, som kommer att ing\u00e5 i utg\u00e5van av OpenBSD 6.7, som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas inom kort. <\/p>\n<p>Funktioner i LibreSSL 3.1.1: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Implementeringen av TLS 1.3 har n\u00e5tt f\u00e4rdighet och baseras p\u00e5 en ny state machine och en subsystem f\u00f6r rekordhantering. F\u00f6r nu \u00e4r endast klientdelen av TLS 1.3 aktiverad som standard, serverdelen planeras att aktiveras som standard i en av framtida utg\u00e5vor. Den kompatibla OpenSSL TLS 1.3 API:n \u00e4r \u00e4nnu inte tillg\u00e4nglig.\n<li class=\"l\"> Cipher suite-hantering har ut\u00f6kats med automatisk aktivering av algoritmer som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r TLSv1.3 om de inte explicit anges vid f\u00f6rhandling av anslutningen;\n<li class=\"l\"> Aliasnamn f\u00f6r chiffers fr\u00e5n TLSv1.3-sviten har tillhandah\u00e5llits, definierade i RFC 8446;\n<li class=\"l\"> Metoderna RSA-PSS och RSA-OAEP har \u00f6verf\u00f6rts fr\u00e5n OpenSSL 1.1.1;\n<li class=\"l\"> CMS (Cryptographic Message Syntax) implementeringen har portats och aktiverats som standard fr\u00e5n OpenSSL 1.1.1;\n<li class=\"l\"> I verktyget openssl har kommandot \u00abcms\u00bb lagts till, samt alternativen \u00abreq -addext\u00bb och \u00abs_server -groups\u00bb.
