Projektet LibreSSL fokuserar p\u00e5 att ge h\u00f6gkvalitativt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r SSL\/TLS-protokollen genom att ta bort \u00f6verfl\u00f6dig funktionalitet, l\u00e4gga till ytterligare skydds\u00e5tg\u00e4rder och genomf\u00f6ra en betydande rensning och omarbetning av kodbasen. Utgivningen av LibreSSL 3.2.0 ses som experimentell, d\u00e4r funktioner utvecklas som kommer att ing\u00e5 i OpenBSD 6.8. <\/p>\n<p>Funktioner i LibreSSL 3.2.0:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Serverdelen \u00e4r som standard aktiverad <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=49126\">TLS 1.3<\/a><\/noindex> ut\u00f6ver den tidigare erbjudna klientdelen. Implementeringen av TLS 1.3 bygger p\u00e5 en ny tillst\u00e5ndsmaskin och ett subsystem f\u00f6r hantering av poster. Den OpenSSL-kompatibla TLS 1.3 API:n \u00e4r f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande inte tillg\u00e4nglig, men relaterade alternativ f\u00f6r TLS 1.3 har lagts till i openssl-teamet.\n<li class=\"l\"> I subsystemet f\u00f6r hantering av poster har kontrollen av storleken p\u00e5 TLS 1.3-f\u00e4lten f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrats och en varning ges om gr\u00e4nserna \u00f6verskrids.\n<li class=\"l\"> I TLS-servern har hanteringen av endast korrekta v\u00e4rdnamn i SNI, som uppfyller kraven i RFC 5890 och RFC 6066, s\u00e4kerst\u00e4llts.\n<li class=\"l\"> I implementeringen av TLS 1.3 har st\u00f6d f\u00f6r SSL_MODE_AUTO_RETRY-l\u00e4get lagts till f\u00f6r automatisk omleverans av f\u00f6rhandlingsmeddelanden.\n<li class=\"l\"> I servern och klienten f\u00f6r TLS 1.3 har st\u00f6d f\u00f6r att skicka f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar om certifikatstatus inkluderats, med hj\u00e4lp av till\u00e4gget <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/OCSP_stapling\">OCSP stapling<\/a><\/noindex> (evidens fr\u00e5n certifikatutf\u00e4rdaren \u00f6verf\u00f6rs av servern som betj\u00e4nar webbplatsen vid f\u00f6rhandlingen av TLS-anslutningen).\n<li class=\"l\"> Vid in-
