Cookies fr\u00e5n den aktuella webbplatsen, lokalt lagrad information och webbhistorik sparas tills f\u00f6nstret st\u00e4ngs, varefter de automatiskt rensas. Gr\u00e4nssnittet har \u00e4ven en knapp f\u00f6r snabb rensning av cookies och annan webbplatsrelaterad information. S\u00f6kmotorn DuckDuckGo erbjuds som standard.<\/p>\n<p>Varje f\u00f6nster i Ephemeral k\u00f6rs i en separat process. Olika f\u00f6nster \u00e4r helt isolerade fr\u00e5n varandra och korsar inte varandra p\u00e5 niv\u00e5 med cookie-hantering (i olika f\u00f6nster kan man ansluta till samma tj\u00e4nst med olika konton). Webbl\u00e4sarens gr\u00e4nssnitt \u00e4r starkt f\u00f6renklat och \u00e4r en flikl\u00f6s design (flikar st\u00f6ds inte). Adressf\u00e4ltet \u00e4r kombinerat med en panel f\u00f6r att skicka s\u00f6kfr\u00e5gor. Gr\u00e4nssnittet inkluderar en widget f\u00f6r att snabbt \u00f6ppna l\u00e4nkar i andra webbl\u00e4sare som \u00e4r installerade i det aktuella systemet.
