OpenMandriva Lx 4.1 beta release

Formed beta release of the OpenMandriva Lx 4.1 distribution. The project is being developed by the community after Mandriva SA transferred the management of the project to the non-profit organization "OpenMandriva Association". For loading offered Live build 2.7 GB (x86_64).

In the new version, the Clang compiler used to build packages has been updated to the LLVM 9.0 branch. In addition to the regular Linux kernel compiled in GCC (package "kernel-release"), a variant of the kernel compiled in Clang ("kernel-release-clang") has been added. Clang is already used as the default compiler in OpenMandriva, but until now the kernel had to be compiled in GCC. Now only Clang can be used to build all components. New versions of the Linux kernel 5.4, Glibc 2.30, Qt 5.14.0, KDE Frameworks 5.65, KDE Plasma 5.17.4, KDE Applications 19.12 are involved. The number of desktop environments available for installation has been expanded. Zypper has been suggested as an alternative package manager.
