Continuation of the concept of a social-role universe connecting the real and virtual worlds. The article describes personal impressions of the “quests” carried out since the beginning of the month, and tasks for the second half of September have been added to the event calendar.
The main idea was to look for like-minded people and begin to create something like a kind of social organization that looks after an imaginary fairy-tale universe. A social movement for those passionate about the idea of gamifying life around us at some global level. If we translate this into the language of role-playing games, then the participants seem to be members of some powerful magical or knightly orders - Houses. Of these four Houses (House of Spring, House of Summer, House of Autumn, House of Winter) the organization Context of the Extravaganza is composed, connecting reality with the unreal.

A house is a kind of “guild,” and the Force is a kind of “profession” or “class” of a participant. At the moment, the capabilities and areas of activity of the different “classes” are given only in general terms:
Emitter - creativity, search for new concepts, public relations, campaigns, experiments, training.
Accumulator - accumulation of developments and their classification, research, project development, cataloging, analytical groups.
Transformer - inspiration, maintaining internal structure, creating and curating platforms for dialogue, experimenting with existing developments, cultural events.
Solvent - hierarchy, conflict and dispute resolution, psychological research and practice, resolving issues of incentives and restrictions on rights, launching and closing projects.
Extravaganza. First days
One of the primary goals of the concept is for participants to create game objects for a “virtual” universe, which can be interacted with using special game mechanics that will appear gradually. That is, basic material is being developed, which can subsequently become the basis for anything. In order to be able to do this in a playful way, a list of daily “events” was compiled for the first 15 days of September (presented in the initial article). And below I will tell you how the events of the first days of September developed for me personally.
September 1. Magic Grimoire Day
QuestGet yourself a special diary (notebook, notebook, or at least a text file), on the same day or later. Give it a title, as if it were a magic book. Draw the sign of your House on it. In this book you will be able to record further events.
I had my eye on a suitable grimoire notebook the day before, and today I opened it, examined it in more detail and attached adhesive strips depicting the symbol of the House of Spring to the thick black cover (since in the Context paradigm I am an Emitter from the House of Spring).
My new magical book is called “Mythmaker”.
Interestingly, yesterday I came across a similar white book, a little larger in size. The House sign could have been painted directly on it. However, that book was in a single copy and mysteriously did not have a barcode.
It was also possible to take wide notebooks with bright covers, but for a long time I doubted which color to take, and then I accidentally noticed that there were more interesting options.
September 2. Day of Focus on Ideal
QuestThink of one of the places in your city that is located near you. Imagine another, fairy-tale-fantastic world in which this place could also be present, but would differ from its real prototype. Come up with a new name for this place from another world. Select 9 related concepts.
One of the interesting places nearby is the General Department Store. Once upon a time there was a literal video game mecca there, stretching over a couple of floors. In addition to video games, there were films, books, and a bunch of other interesting things. There was also a spacious, pleasant grocery section, in addition to a cozy cafe between the floors. Now all this splendor there has long degenerated into some formless nooks with things and the interior space looks boring.
Thinking about a version of GUM from another world, one imagines a futuristic high-rise filled with neon light, where all kinds of attractions are located with access to virtual reality and trade in various devices, food, robots and other gizmos located inside.

September 3. Day of epiphany at the place of power
QuestGo to the place you chose yesterday. Examine it carefully. When you return home, cross out three (or more) concepts from the list that describe a different version of the place of power you visited, and replace them with others. You may want to change the previously invented name.
I decided to go to the main department store early in the morning in order to see it in a more twilight state than was usually the case. True, it turned out to be brighter outside than expected.
Yes, now it is no longer so towering and visible - even healthier shopping centers rise on the sides, all sorts of kiosks are located around, and various partitions have been added (parking). The style of the building itself is disturbed, covered with all sorts of advertising rubbish, large inscriptions “PLANET CLOTHING FOOTWEAR”, “Fish” and so on. In the main “extension column” there is a DNS and a computer store. A thin dark net seems to be thrown over the main building from above, blurring the view.
However, this all fits quite well into the concept of the surreal cyberpunk shopping and entertainment center, Arkadrome. Is it possible that in concepts I would replace Mass with Sea, Program for Advertising, and replaced some others with a synonym.
Interestingly, on the same day I again needed an urgent walk in the same place. Because I needed a digital store to get a hard drive there, but the one I went to turns out to be in GUM and has moved. On the way, I looked into another one that I remembered - and that one also turned out to be closed, instead there was a gaming club there. Which is actually surprising, because computer clubs have been rather rare lately.
So I had to go straight to GUM, to the underground floor. On the way, I looked at what kind of dark network it was - it was, in fact, a huge screen where something colorful was constantly spinning. So I noticed from a distance that somewhere in that direction there was a large screen, but somehow I didn’t realize that it was right on the store itself and fixed. In the morning it was simply turned off.
4 September. Autumn Portal Day
QuestDo a little cleaning and find unnecessary things and garbage that you should get rid of right now, without putting it off until the winter. If you are from the House of Autumn, instead or in conjunction with this, draw a diagram of the ritual with which your House guild welcomes the onset of its season. There is no need to make inscriptions, just sketch something schematically, no matter how it looks from the outside.
Well, what can I say. Cleaning is what cleaning is. After throwing out the usual garbage (and lying around, more or less whole videos, which are not particularly useful to ride due to the fact that these are more demo videos than full-fledged ones), I sat down to “digital” cleaning, remove all unnecessary things from the system, reorganize the folder structure - that’s it that's all. And in the cloud, you can clean up all sorts of rough photos from your phone at the same time. Now, when photographic film does not limit the number of photographs, there is simply a cosmic number of them - that is, I clicked three times, chose the best, and not the best, it just lies there, taking up space.
Since I’m not in the House of Autumn, there was no need to draw an abstraction of the autumn ritual.
September 5. Day of another life
QuestIn the afternoon, find and open the horoscope for your sign for the current day. Try to imagine a development of events that could happen to you on this day and would be fully consistent with this forecast. Then open the forecast for any other sign and again come up with the same story as if it were you and the forecast was completely accurate.
So, what would happen in the alternative universe of working Internet forecasts?
On this day for my sign (Aries) it is written that others will have a lot of complaints, not always justified, and if you attach importance to them and follow the lead of emotions, it will not end well. Further advice was given to stay away from people who unbalance you, but the second half of the day is suitable for new things and everything will work out great with them.
Well, for this to come true exactly, it would be enough to post another non-standard article on one of the popular sites. Most often this starts to be downvoted. Because it’s long, or because it’s unclear, or because it doesn’t curry favor with the reader, or it forces you to think about something, or it’s simply unexpected, or because “everyone downvoted, and I downvoted,” and all that. The truth is that there is no tragedy, but it depends on the site - on the same dtf, the downvoted post is hidden from the feeds, that is, once again you think about whether to write something there at all and consider it rather as an additional platform. That is, there seems to be nothing to react emotionally to, unless someone writes some openly boorish and provocative comment with a satisfied look, “because I can.” Well, this is a kindergarten level and there is no point in answering this, but people who understand will figure out the issue themselves, without comments from trolls.
Something like that. And by evening, new things really took shape in the form of plans for tomorrow.
Now let's imagine ourselves as a representative of another sign, for example, Libra. I study what is written for them today.
I see that they write such things - troubles, difficulties, violation of agreements, unforeseen developments of the situation. Which, however, can lead to the search for other opportunities and perseverance bears fruit by attracting allies. In addition, a pleasant meeting with old acquaintances is possible.
Well, here I can roughly imagine how something similar would happen for me. Most likely it would be connected with some event where other people are also involved. It’s like what we agreed on earlier, but everything started to fall apart, it didn’t work out, the weather went wrong, and so on. Consequently, a certain disappointment with the course of events would grow. However, if something doesn’t stick, then maybe it’s for the best, who knows. I would do other things, why worry. Well, yes, there could be a sudden meeting. Old friends can suddenly invite you to visit - to play the same board games or tabletop role-playing games.
6 September. Crossing Waves Day
QuestStart listening to completely new music. When you find a catchy track, think about where the musical powerhouse could be located in your city and what composition that you know would correspond to it.
That day was a trip to nature, so I only got around to searching for music in the evening, when I returned home. To begin with, I typed various osts on YouTube, but there came across purely instrumentals, often in the “background music” format, but I wanted something more driving and with voice/vocals. You could watch openings for anime - there are tons of them that you haven’t watched (I watched the most iconic titles a long time ago, after which I somehow lost interest in new anime), I would obviously like something, they can be quite intriguing, even for some mediocre titles. There was also an idea to look for some electronic tracks, maybe even pure instrumentals.
In the meantime, I listened to selections of various popular hits, although here the chance of hearing something unknown was minimal. Along the way, I unearthed the Bee Gees for myself - I knew them from some of the tracks, but I didn’t know what kind of group they were. As well as about the group, I was briefly aware, but did not know the repertoire. In general, such situations are not uncommon - I listened to something, but did not know where it came from.
Then I came across Twenty One Pilots, the tracks are slightly rap, I usually don’t like that, but here there was nothing like that, with melody. Then one of the Katy Perry tracks stuck, which I had hardly heard before. But the performer is not new to me, so I decided to look further. Instead of popular music, I started looking for somewhere to see something old and little-known. At Eurovision, for example, there are interesting tracks that do not take high places, but are simply memorable and have their own special mood. Over the past ten years I’ve seen something from there, for example, I like Running Scared 2011 from the Azerbaijani duo, well, they won then. Some years nothing sticks at all. In some cases, a lot of things happen that go wrong.
Out of curiosity, I decided to watch Eurovision 83. I liked the rather simple but atmospheric Sing me the song from the vociferous Dutch participant. It’s true that I can’t say that the song really stuck. By the way, it sounds quite in the style of the average anime opening, if you think about it. I started listening to different things further and then I realized that Twenty One Pilots had finally caught on. With the track Stressed Out.
As a musical place of power, I eventually decided on a public garden in the city center (bypassing other options). Despite the various specialized musical institutions, it was there that I most often heard some kind of open-air concerts, besides, there is a conservatory nearby, and in general, single performers are often found there. There is also a fountain and a museum, as well as a certain building where people seem to be going to dance. There is also a cinema, metro and everything else nearby. Well, the musical composition for this place is Theme of Grandia (Noriyki Iwadare), the main composition from the console game Grandia.
September 7. Day of travel to the guild
QuestGo to the place where you selected the composition yesterday. In another world, this is the residence of one of the Houses, perhaps yours. Give it a new name and select nine related concepts. If the residence is too far from you, then just go for a walk.
Come up with an unusual means of transportation on which heroes from another world could get from the first place of power you visited to the guild residence. Give it a name and an arbitrary two-digit number.
The weather was not sunny, but not rainy either, so it was possible to get to the place. Not too close, but there are only a few metro stops, so it’s practically close, it would be in the mood.
When I came out of the subway, the center was blocked for the sake of the city marathon. Somehow it coincided. I didn’t really watch the sporting event - the crowd, fences, it was unclear where everything was leading, all kinds of noise coming from all sides. In general, there is a certain dissonance, I don’t like noisy large-scale events in principle, as well as such competitive mass events, especially right in the middle of the city, outside of some parks and green areas. Enough of your morning runs, when you yourself plan where and how long to run, but you never wanted to participate in mass catch-up races, and, accordingly, it’s not interesting to watch either.
The park, surprisingly, was not so crowded, although it is literally adjacent to all this. I walked along it and took pictures of the fountain because, in my opinion, it itself and the area next to it are the most attractive and iconic part of the square, and concerts often took place there, nearby.
Based on the sum of sensations and memories, this would definitely be the residence of the House of Summer, and not some other one.
This would be an enlarged version of the structure of this fountain - a small lake, in the middle of which there would be a round structure with jets of water shooting upward. Accordingly, some kind of music would be heard and the water would move in rhythm, illuminated in different colors. Actually, the fountain itself has lighting that tints it at night.
You could get to the center along paths - small park areas leading from the banks to the center, from several sides. This musical residence would be called Viva Rhapsody, and the following concepts would correspond to it:

An unusual means of transportation for the unreal world was invented - a jellyfish walker. Something like a jelly-like translucent car of a round shape, inside of which there are bone seats. During the ride, the jelly-like part partially goes underground, without resistance, and springs back. Jumping from the hill, the jellyfish car hovers a little in the air for a while, descending.

8 September. Force Awakens Day
QuestLook around - one of the objects surrounding you is a sleeping artifact, a gift from your guild that needs to be awakened. If you are a Transformer, then you can do this yourself, if not, then you need to contact any Emitter for this. The awakener must come up with what this object looks like in another world, choose a name for it and an arbitrary two-digit number. Then the thing awakens and becomes an artifact.
As an awakening artifact, I chose a green rubber ball, which I bought one day quite spontaneously to add to my other purchases. So I don’t take trinkets, but somehow my eye caught my eye and I took it just to put it on the shelf or maybe give it to someone later.
Then I began to think about which of the emitters I knew to contact so that I could awaken the artifact. Based on the Context paradigm, Emitters are those who were born in April, August, or December. In the end, I found the right person, briefly described the essence of the task to him, and he immediately created a very epic artifact for me - Ball of Wishes, number 77. As for the properties, I was told that the ball cannot be held in the hands and it fulfills any desires that come to the mind of the holder.

Extravaganza Calendar. Season one. September rises
16 of September. Day of taming the spirit.
Take a walk. While walking, look for a small living creature or object that moves like a living thing. Also remember other interesting things and objects that will catch your eye.
When you return home, think of any creature that would be a mixture of a living being (or a moving object) you saw and another thing. Give the resulting pet a name.
If you are an Accumulator, you can instead take any two words, one of which is a certain creature, and the other is an inanimate object, and then mix them up in the same way and come up with a pet.
September 17. A day of purposeful achievement.
Find any available cards and draw one of them at random. These can be ordinary cards, collectible cards, tarot cards, something similar to a deck of cards, an application or a site that allows you to “pull out” a random card.
After looking at the dropped card, come up with an artifact for the Fairy, which symbolizes the images, meanings and other meanings of this card. Pick up a two-digit number for this artifact.
September 18. Mysterious History Day.
Choose one of the tasks you have already done, and repeat it in a new way.
If you are a Solvent, then instead of past tasks, you can choose one of the future ones and do it ahead of schedule today, while maintaining the ability to do or not do it in the future.
September 19. Smart Style Day.
On this day, you awaken the Context adept's outfit that you designed on the 14th. Give it a two-digit number. Inside the Fairy, these clothes are intelligent and speaking.
Also, awaken the hero you created on the 10th by assigning any three-digit number to him.
Choose one of the places of power of your choice (created by you or other participants in the Context). There, the hero under your control finds the adept's clothes - take a calculator and multiply the number of the hero by the number of clothes. Look at the first three digits of the result and look at the concepts that are associated with the place of power where this event occurs. These numbers are a response to what happened - come up with your own interpretation of the event. Did the hero put on a thing, tore it, would talk with it - what did the associations tell you?
September 20. Revaluation day.
Think about which of the tasks done earlier turned out to be the most difficult (or not the most successful) and which was the most interesting.
September 21. The day of the necessary phenomenon.
Come up with and describe in general terms a book, movie, or game that should exist in today's world, but for some reason doesn't exist.
If you are an Emitter, then instead or along with this, list those things that in modern books, films or games, in your opinion, are superfluous and should not be.
September 22nd. Day of the road to the inexplicable.
Go to any place of power within reach and take with you a personal artifact awakened on day 8.
Once in place, somehow “apply” the artifact.
Then you can calculate the result of this action - to do this, multiply the artifact number by your birthday. The first three digits of the result indicate those concepts of the place of power, which explain what happened and what were the consequences.
23 September. The day of the breakthrough of unreality.
On this day, your very home becomes a place of power. Come up with a new name for it, how it looks inside the Fairy and pick up 9 corresponding concepts for it.
If you are from the House of Autumn, then in autumn you yourself project the aura of this place of power, even without being there territorially. That is, this place of power is always with you, during the autumn.
September 24. Day of the Living Satellite.
While at home, you awaken the pet you invented on September 16th by assigning a two-digit number to it.
Talk to the pet yourself - multiply your birthday by the number of the pet to find out what happened. The first three digits of the result indicate the concepts of the place of power in which you live, on the basis of which you come up with the outcome of the conversation.
Introduce your hero's pet, invented on the 10th and awakened on the 19th. To do this, also multiply them.
September 25. Day of critical attack.
Today, three monsters with personal identifiers 15, 9 and 73 attack your home from unreality.
They can be resisted by you yourself, your hero, pet, grimoire, magic clothes and other entities awakened by you. Multiply them by monsters until there are pairs of identical numbers in the product digits (11, 22, 33, 44 and so on) - when this happens, the monster is defeated, and the first three digits of the result describe exactly how it happened.
If you can’t cope on your own, turn to other adepts for help - they can help you from a distance.
If you are a Transformer, then you reset one monster, add two digits to the second one, and you can swap the third digits.
September 26. Focus day.
Today, devote your free time to your own hobby or business that is important to you. Limit Internet browsing to a minimum or completely.
September 27. Self-employment day.
Being at any place of power, multiply your birthday by your own birthday, and then multiply the result by 27. The first three digits of the result indicate what you should do on this day or what you should pay attention to.
September 28. A day of creative excitement.
Think back to your favorite books. Take the characters in one book and imagine them in another book. What would happen?
September 29. Energy Efficiency Day.
Set an alarm for 6-8 hours, go for a morning run or walk. Do some physical exercise during the day. Go to bed at 9-11 pm.
September 30th. Day of Enlightenment.
On this day, cast a spell from your magical grimoire while at home. Multiply your birthday by the number of the book and figure out what happened.
After that, see how this spell would change if you were in any other places of power.
