Microsoft has been developing Fluent Design for a long time - a single concept for designing applications, which should become the de facto standard for future programs and Windows 10 itself. Although the new concept was already available for iOS and Android, now it will be easier for developers to implement it in mobile platforms and web interfaces, since the company official requirements, as well as a description of the new Fabric UI element.
