The structure was named "Center for organizing the movement of unmanned vehicles." It is reported that the company will create an infrastructure for managing robotic vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The initiative provides for the creation of a national operator with a network of dispatch centers at the federal, regional and municipal levels. Such points will allow monitoring and coordinating drone routes, changing travel routes, and obtaining data on passengers and traffic accidents.

Moreover, the platform is expected to allow remote control of drones in certain situations. Such an opportunity will be in demand, in particular, within the framework of operational-search activities.

β€œThe development and testing of this software and hardware complex takes place in the city of Innopolis. For the full implementation of the system, it is necessary, among other things, to significantly adjust the Russian regulatory legal framework in terms of road and air traffic,” Rostec said in a statement.

It is known that the operation of the system has already been tested by several Russian developers of unmanned vehicles.
