Rocket League has risen in price in Russian Steam from 419 to 1331 rubles.

The standard edition of the popular multiplayer game Rocket League has tripled in price on Russian Steam - now it costs 1331 rubles. 

The developers did not explain the reasons for the price increase. It is worth emphasizing that the price of the Game of the Year Edition is still 679 rubles.

Recall that in May 2019, the Psyonix studio, which created the Rocket League, has acquired epic games. Despite fierce competition between the Epic Games Store and Steam, the company decided not to remove the game from the Valve store. It was assumed that the project could leave the platform at the end of the year.

Rocket League is a football racing game where the main task is to score a goal against the opponent. The project came out in 2015 and got to positive reviews from critics, with a score of 86 on Metacritic.
