Russian Railways posted the corresponding tender on the government procurement portal. At the moment, this is the largest supply of computers based on a domestic processor. The maximum contract value is 1 billion rubles.
Each set of the computing complex will include a system unit, a monitor (with a minimum diagonal of 23.8'), a mouse and a keyboard.
The contract requirements also indicate the minimum characteristics of the processor: Elbrus architecture, 800 MHz clock frequency and built-in 3D accelerator. We are most likely talking about the single-core Elbrus 1C+ processor, released by MCST in 2016. The computer must have a Linux-based OS installed, included in the register of domestic software under the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications.
