The βbenevolent lifetime dictatorβ of the Python language, Guido van Rossum, has also retired. Alas, time is running out - you will not catch it. We, too, are aging and losing our comrades untimely. Let's hope that new generations will make a worthy replacement for us, they will be smarter, more talented and kinder than us, the world will become richer and freer, and Linux and free software will become faster, more powerful and more beautiful!
