According to the company, the XPG Sage drive will feature sequential read and write speeds of over 7000 and 6000 MB/s, respectively.

Adata is also aiming to achieve up to 1 read IOPS and 000 write IOPS in the new product. The maximum capacity of the XPG Sage will be 000TB, which is fairly common for today's SSDs.

During testing by techspot.com, the Sage's sequential write speed approached the 5300 MB / s mark, but Adata has plenty of time to reach its intended parameters before the drive is released.

Showcased at CES 2020, the XPG Sage is nothing special in terms of design. However, the company promises to improve its design by the time of release, adding its own unique, gaming-oriented heat spreader.
