The Irregular Corporation and Auroch Digital have announced that Mars Horizon will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in 2020. The PC beta will run from April 27 to May 4 and will include 14 of the 36 major missions, 30 optional missions, three space agencies, and more. According to the developers, there will be enough content for eight hours.
Mars Horizon will allow you to become the director of a space agency. You will lead Mars exploration programs, from the first flights to landing on the Red Planet. However, you have competitors - other space agencies that can overtake you in the scientific race.
You will have to build a base with launch complexes, research laboratories, astronaut training facilities, assemble a rocket from numerous components, launch satellites, complete missions and develop technologies.
The game is created with the participation and support of the European Space Agency (ESA) and the United Kingdom Space Agency (UKSA), from the engineers developing technologies used in Mars exploration programs to those designing the next generation of missions.
