Apple's supplier plans to overhaul its entire management structure to get more senior executives involved in day-to-day operations, an insider told Reuters.
As the source noted, Foxconn will no longer be a company run by one person, and decisions will not be as dogmatic as before. “Now the joint management model will be used,” he stressed.
April gou in an interview with Reuters that he plans to leave Foxconn to give young talent a chance to move up the corporate ladder.
