The next update of the Telegram messenger for mobile devices running Android and iOS operating systems has been released: the update includes a fairly large number of additions and improvements.
First of all, you need to highlight the silent messages. Such messages will not make sounds when received. The function will be useful when you need to send a message to a person who is, say, at a meeting or lecture.
To send a silent message, just hold down the send button. The recipient will see the notification, but the message arrival sound will not be played. The feature also works in groups.
Implemented the so-called "Slow Mode" (Slow Mode). It allows group admins to choose how often members can post.
For group admins, you can now specify a title, such as "founder" or "moderator".
In addition, it is worth highlighting the new emoji with animation. They are available when sent as a separate message, say "heart" or "thumbs up".
In the chat settings, you can turn off the looped playback of animated stickers.
