Square Enix and Dontnod Entertainment have released the trailer for the third episode of Life is Strange 2 titled "Wastelands".
In the third episode of the adventure, Sean and Daniel Diaz continue their journey to Mexico. A few weeks after the previous episode, the boys are living on the outskirts of society. They will fall into the company of vagrants and renegades, and will also find a part-time job on a hemp plantation in the forests of California. Once again, the resolve of the Diaz brothers will be tested. New acquaintances will bring discord into their relationship and jeopardize further joint travel.
In addition, it became known that you can now buy episodes of Life is Strange 2 individually, and not the whole season. Dontnod Entertainment had to make some adjustments to the game for this. “The Life is Strange team is always reading player reviews and we have seen demand for the ability to purchase episodes separately. […] It took a bit of time to set up, as we needed to make sure that all the episodes could be played individually and not even in the correct order, which was not the original idea, the studio said. "But we're excited to finally announce that fans can now purchase each episode of Life is Strange 2 individually on release day."
Life is Strange 2 is available on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The third episode of the game will be released on May 19th. Earlier, Dontnod Entertainment announced the release dates for the remaining episodes of the season: 4th on August 22, and 5th on December 3.
