Dangen Entertainment and LABSworks studio have published the second trailer for the action platformer Astalon: Tears of the Earth.
The game is notable for the fact that it follows the traditions of projects from the 80s of the last century, but with several modern elements. Three travelers wander through a post-apocalyptic desert to find a way to save the people in their village. A dark, twisted tower has risen from the depths of the Earth, and the heroes hope to find answers to their questions in it.
Players will use the unique skills of three heroes (a fighter, a mage and a robber), defeat monsters, find powerful objects and solve puzzles on their way to the top of the tower. The characters were portrayed by Dragon Half mangaka Ryusuke Mita, and the soundtrack was composed by Kill Screen.
Astalon: Tears of the Earth will be released on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in 2019.
