Bad Yolk Games is made up of 10 AAA game developers with a total of 14 released titles, including Chronicles of Riddick, EVE Online, Gears of War, Tom Clancy's The Division and The Darkness. The studio intends to attract the best talent and strike a balance between work and life, and thus make the biggest, most creative and technically advanced games possible.

The team is already developing its first game on the new intellectual property. β€œAfter years of working with some extremely talented people on some really great projects, we felt it was time to create a new kind of studio on our own,” said Paixao. β€œObviously, high-quality games need to be fun, but we also believe that they need to be fun to make, and that creativity thrives best in a healthy and balanced work environment, which is the central pillar of our corporate message and structure.”
