Release of video player MPV 0.30.0

More than a year since the previous release, the next version of the multifunctional MPV player has become available - the successor to the once almost standard player for Unix-like OSes, mplayer.

Development has been somewhat quiet lately, but the new version mentions a lot of changes, especially in terms of video decoding using the video card, in particular using the Vulkan API.

Unfortunately, the project does not provide a human-readable overview of the changes, so all the innovations can only be found in the form of a changelog.

In particular, it is worth mentioning the use of the libplacebo library to work with Vulkan instead of an internal implementation. The library aims to move some MPV functionality related to rendering into a separate project.

In general, there are quite a lot of different changes (most of them seem to be related to image output through the vo_gpu method common to all video cards), I invite everyone interested to familiarize themselves with them personally using the attached link.
