Mozilla has blocked 197 Firefox add-ons over the past two weeks.

Over the past two weeks, Mozilla deleted from the addons.mozilla.org directory (AMO) 197 add-ons that execute code downloaded from third-party sites, transmit sensitive data to external servers, perform malicious actions, or use source code obfuscation techniques.

129 removed additions distributed by 2Ring, a company specializing in B2B solutions. The specified add-ons were removed for downloading and executing code from an external server (AMO directory rules prohibit dynamic loading of executable parts). For the same reason
removed six additions from Tamo Junto Caixa and three additions c counterfeits of famous products.

Additions removed due to transfer of user data Rolimons Plus, RoliTrade, Pdfviewer, WeatherPool, Your Social one more thing addition without title details. Add-ons EasySearch for Firefox, EasyZipTab, FlixTab, ConvertToPDF and FlixTab Search locked for collecting and transmitting information about search queries. 14 add-ons (name not specified) locked behind application code obfuscation technique.

Removed due to malicious actions when displaying third-party sites (for example, advertising substitution or credential capture) 30 additionswhose names not specified.
